[05:13.38]But there’s only one place that sells books at the moment.

[05:20.31]And have you been to the new shopping centre outside Broadbeach yet, Martyn?

[05:26.55]It’s not that far from where I live.

[05:32.79]The glass roof is certainly impressive.
[05:35.07]But my favourite thing is the plants they’ve put around the building.
[05:38.94]They’re amazing, and so big already.
